Business leaders are those who INSPIRE, HONOUR and SERVE the People in an Organization.

They should be able to see Peoples contributing value to business’, irrespective of rank and position because there is no price for Value.

Holding a high rank or position is nothing about power, but more about being responsible and accountable for People to succeed in society.

Some People may not have the opportunity to perform well in education however Business Leaders hold the responsibility and accountability for the development of People in society and business environments. In other words, academic qualifications should not be a reason that Business Leaders abandon or give up on People!
